Director Xu Liaoyuan of the Government Affairs Data Administration of Nansha District, Guangzhou, and his delegation visited the Macau Delegation of The Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC) on November 30. Mr. Li Jie welcomed the visit of Director Xu Liaoyuan and his delegation. He introduced The Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC) was founded in Portugal in 1978. The Macau Delegation of the Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC-Macau) was officially established in 1992. It is a non-profit organization devoted to providing an exchange platform for economic and trade cooperation between China and Portugal. CCILC-Macau is willing to build a bridge to promote the economic and trade development of Nansha and the Portuguese-speaking countries.
Director Xu Liaoyuan thanked Mr. Li Jie for the reception and the Deputy Director General Yu Jianfeng of the Hong Kong-Macao Affairs Office of Nansha Development Zone, Guangzhou expressed that Nansha is currently working hard to strengthen its resources in education, transportation, professional services, and medical care, etc. Nansha is located at the intersection of the urban center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and has a unique location advantage, with sufficient land resources and modernization. The infrastructure facilities in China have ample room for economic and technological development. He hopes that the platform advantages of CCILC-Macau can be used to establish close contacts with the Portuguese-speaking countries.
During the meeting, both Nansha and CCILC-Macau also exchanged opinions on related topics, and the atmosphere was integrated.
