Founded in Portugal in 1978, the Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC) is a non-profit entity for promoting trade and economic ties between China and Portugal. The Chamber which now boasts of over 300 members and partners from different economic fields, has been committed to providing a platform for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.

In order to further push for cooperation between the two countries, Macau Delegation of the CCILC was officially established in 1992 to help members develop business activities in the two countries. As a number of new policies have been put in place by Macau and China, the Macau Delegation of the CCILC will continue to explore opportunities in the two countries based on actual circumstances, and leverage on its network and information advantages to help China and Portuguese-speaking Countries further develop business activities and establish an economic platform.

The Macau SAR Government has always been supporting the Macau Delegation of the CCILC with ample environment and facilities, making the Chamber to take on a strong role in the development of favorable relations for all enterprises in Macau, as well as to provide firm assistance for local business organizations in Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking Countries.
